I would just similar to to clarify a couple of things. First of all, a moment ago because a mortgage company gives someone a glorious rate, it does not mean that we are "screwing" someone. The glorious rate is from the bank whom is LOANING THE MONEY. Understand that when someone get an abnormally lofty rate, it is normally because the client have bad credit and have a history of not paying their bills on time. I would not see this as "screwing" anyone, but deeply watching their own butts in the event that they be to lend the money at all.

Income equally is a very considerable factor when making a decision on a loan application. Although, I would ask you as to why (if your income is as pious as you say) is your credit bad?
