Question:My husband and I are building our first home and are extremely confused on financing since it's alot more complicated than if we were newly buying. Listen, construction loans are confusing. Don't capture discouraged, and get near somebody that knows what they are doing. I'm within the mortgage buisness and yes it can be difficult. Even if there is such a program why would you want it? The rate on the 2nd would be astronomical. Your best bet would be refi your existing 1st and pinch what ever cash out you necessitate.

I would start by calling the hotel you stayed in and complain. Ask for your money put a bet on or some sort of compensation. If the hotel is part of a secure ask to talk to someone complex up in the company. If it's independently owned, request to sermon to the owner of the hotel or at least the peak manager.
After that, I would christen the city's chamber of commerce to let them know here is an unsatisfactory business operating in town. I would also ring up the city and ask for whomever does health inspection for businesses or hotels. You own to report whatever codes you presume the hotel is violating.
As for the false media hype, you could have a official case against them, but I'm sure permissible action is probably costly and timely to pursue and a favorable outcome seem like a roll of the dice.
