I know a place where the ALL AROUND prices for a homes are great.(cost of living) Central California.. Fresno/Visalia nouns has great prices for mortal in California. There's plenty of small towns contained by that area that hold homes at very great prices. Starting at $90,000 and above. Drive one hour west and u hit the shore. Drive one hour East and u hit the mountains and National Forest's. Drive 1 hour South and u hit LA. One hour north and u hit the BAY! Cost of living and all the other factor make it worth it.
