Be careful. Very far-sighted. I married a Czech (I'm English) girl and lost my shirt within 18 months ! The decree there is soppy and people lose money adjectives the time there!. Even Czechs! Have you ever hear of the famous proverb 'posession is nine tenths of the law'. What you could be looking at is obtaining that property by adverse posession. Basically through putting it to use you are claiming a right on the property. If you can prove you hold exclusively used and maintained the property for at lowest 12 years then you can claim entitlement to it through adverse posession. You would own to apply to thr relevant government authority to do this. However in the initial 12 year period the valid owner could challenge your right to the property. Im pretty sure they could not interfere with your property - they would be liable for criminal damage charges. They would own to challenge you through the courts.

I studied English property statute a long time ago. That is a pretty rough assessment. My advice is communicate to your solicitor about it.

Having lived within both established houses/neighborhoods and now the clean one, I can honestly say I prefer the elder. Everyone can own a home. Whether you can afford it or not is a different story. Call a bank and ask around the ACORN program. They don't look at credit reports. Of course you can own a home but set a mortgage payment that's comfortable to you and not your loan officer's pocket. I would recommend contacting a mortgage broker as they typicallyy hold hundreds of lenders and most of those are nationwide. Mortgage brokers typicall can negotiate you a lower interest rate than a guard as they have millions of dollars of business to distribute to lenders and can use that as leverage for your benefit. As strange as this may sound but its easier to buy a home than it is to nouns a car loan.
