I am have a dispute near a realtor.The property he is selling be misrepresented to me. Who can I turn to?

The house I was considering for purchase be advertised as 5 years weak, but really was 10 years outmoded and was moved out sitting unfinished for 5 years. This be never disclosed to me by either the realtor or the owner. The solely way I found out going on for it was when I insisted on the owner satisfying out the disclosure form which he was especially reluctant to do. The agreement of sale be presented to me first and my wife and I stupidly signed it without seeing the disclosure form.
