Yes, i've heard this when I took my legitimate estate classes. You need to contact the actual estate department of Arizona (look on the state of AZ's website). They're more than likely going to report to you that you need to filch the AZ classes. They're offered at the community colleges (I took them through Paradise Valley Community College) and private real estate school. There's also a test that requirements to be taken (I know they have separate state and federal questions). I've hear very mixed on whether the oral exam is hard or flowing.

I decided to not thieve the tests since I don't want to be a definite estate agent.
