No one can put a lien on something you do not own. They are only trying to startle you. Collectors are not supposed to threaten you anyway. You need to gain caller ID and a short time ago not answer the phone when they call or report bankruptcy and afterwards it is illegal for them to christen you.

I think singular an owner/landlord can initiate a civil suit for monies owed in rent. In my state, a tenant must be reasonably evicted by the owner/landlord only and later file a separate civil suit. I am building a new home and I am thinking of renting my existing home I hold few questions to clarify so take on with me.

Land is undeveloped. No driveway, newly 13 year old pines. Was told I could trade the pines and get just about $400 an acre to have it in recent times thinned. this sound right? Talk to the power company (probably an elec coop) about cost for electric service (they usually run a sure amount of line free and you repay for the rest), get some quotes on a septic system from contractors who install such systems. They will run the perk trial as a part of the cost. The septic system will probably cost $2,000 to $6,000. The hose line you will probably own to run from the road yourself.

A lot of times you can get rough estimates over the phone from correct contractors.
