Believe it or not, I did the exact same point. It was a disaster. The college kid at first did great, but as time go on, he started to show his true colors. First, he started coming home later and next. He was a drunk and disrupted the house when he would come within drunk. Then, he started cutting class during the light of day and bringing his girlfriend over having sex adjectives over the house.
