I am a single mother,and I am on a VERY limited budget and am trying to wish the best course to take. In my nouns we have a company call HELP-U-RENT where you take-home pay a company to find you a house for rent within your funds. Most ads I hold seen for this company the houses and prices described nouns great.... a little too great. Has anyone ever used this company or a similar company? Any warning on the matter would be most appreciated. Oh, and another entry that sounded great about this company is they agreement with population with impossible credit, which I would fall into that catagory.

I'm buying a house and i have already be approved for the loan. Closing isn't until the end of the month and I'm getting cold foot. I'm scared because the mortgage expenditure will be 50% of our monthly income - I know people that do this, and are comfortable, but i can't serve but be worried. We have no kids (and don't plan on it for 5 years or more) no motor payments and no debt... any insight??

Do it! Since you don't own any other debt, 50% of your income for mortgage payment is okay. You're much better stale buying a house as soon as you can instead of throwing money away on rent. It's also a great investment since the house will appreciate in appeal. Mortgage interest is tax deductible, too.

I still rent, but hopefully will buy a house inside the next year. Everyone is recitation me to buy as soon as possible because property value is going up resembling crazy.

Are you getting the best rate for your credit profile? What are your closing costs, have you shopped that to ensure that you getting the best cost? Have you thought give or take a few paying points to reduce the interest rate? There are deeply of questions that requirement to be address to determine if this is a good scenario for you. It is a primary waste of time. The information is nouns, but the odds of pulling it sour the way he say too is nearly impossible. So much has to slump into place in establish to make any type of money, also the amount of actual work you run out up doing for pennies isn't worth it. I bought it, read it, started it, and sent it back to go and get my refund (and have a problem with that too, but ultimately get my money back.)
Major refuse of time. And, some of what he suggests is illegal surrounded by some states.
It's not a con or a scam..... GREAT information and is definately "do-able" Just takes time.... Anyone who say that 0 money down programs are a con #1 has no imagination when it comes to financing and #2 doesn't follow the art of negotionation....
