2nd floor is best for cheaper utilities b/c your sandwiched b/w the other two apartments, remember bake rises.

A third floor is more beneficial when it comes to noise, sanctuary and of course bugs as you mention. But third floors are more expensive within utilites especially if they have arched ceilings.

Hmmmm... I'd still prefer the 1st floor. It is nearest the entrance for as to escape some instances like fire/earthquake.

I've always lived on the top floor-for sanctuary. Cooling it costs more. Not quite definite about the heat. I think disturbance wise it's quieter. As far as bugs, I enjoy no idea. You lone have the choice between the two? I traditionally approaching the second floor. It's not that much of a walk. Heat/cooling isn't really that much of an issue between floors. The hot sea might or might not take longer to gain there on the greater floors. I have no model about spiders because I don't really encounter them, thank decency. It is slightly safer to be a floor higher because if someone breaks contained by, they're most likely to use the first floor because it's closer so they can leave your job more quickly. Noise might be slightly more on the first, but it depends which style the apartments are facing.

If everything else is equal, I'd probably take the 3rd floor if you don't mind the hike, just for the safekeeping issue. The first floor is easier for carrying things in, but the third floor is more support and is better exercise (steps), but that means three flights of stairs to take things up. depending how many floors near are, you may not have anyone over you. And grill does rise, so you'd have the benefit of two floors of heat below you.

There are services that do this for landlords. Bankrupcy will show up on a credit report, as will repo's, charge off's, bleak debts and wage liens. Criminal background usually won't show up on a credit report. It is public information though, try typing contained by the name surrounded by G00GLE in quotes "John Doe" and see what comes up.
