For me this is easy because I've get some extensive knowledge and nouns in this arena.

I'd also hunt For Sale By Owner properties first, but not exclusively.

Sorry though, I do not know of a specific place to find realtors that work on fee-for-service font.

What you want to look for is something called a "bridge loan". It's primarily a home equity loan on your old house near defferred payments of up to 6 months. That gives you six months to provide your home and then income the loan back beside the sale of the home.

Ask your local lenders if they hold a bridge loan and the details.
