It is probably not a good time right very soon to buy; right now it is commonly a sellers flea market I think, as prices own recently be exploding all over the world. I’d rescue your money at this time and when the market cycle ///demand for houses drop and poeple are likely to sell for smaller amount, and then is a accurate time to buy and wait for it to turn into seller market again to bring a return on ur investment.

Been there done that. I know this is going to be a tough road for you. Usually lenders wont even look at you unless you hold 3-5 years behind your belt near the bankrupcy. Did you file Chapter 19? I file in 2000 and a moment ago this last year 10/05. be able to purchase a home. Even so it be tough. I went through two lenders. The first one I tried be Ameriquest. They turned me down but were thoroughly helpful and tried their hardest. I eventually found a company call Montogmery Mortgage Inc. This also depends on your score. I lived within both. I enjoyed both. Do you want to be closer to NYC or Philly for down-time? They are upright places to live if you want access to Urban benefits. NJ is slightly more expensive in almost everything than PA, but that's because it's closer to Manhattan and the shoreline. If you work within Philly, would you consider living in Philly?
