Is buying a condo contained by red county a honest theory?

I'm looking in nice communities and I also want to fix the condo up a bit. Maybe moving out and renting it out once I'm lively with the renovations. What do you estimate?

Answers:   I am a real estate agent surrounded by Orange county (California). If you plan on living in it, after do the minimum possible to live. When you move out and want to lease it, then upgrade it so you can write it sour.

It's a good hypothesis to buy if you plan on keeping it for at least 3 years. Other than that, dawdle a year.

if you can get one where on earth your mortgage payment,taxes and HOA is smaller number then rent for a similar part (same square footage,bathrooms, bedrooms, location), then be in motion for it. otherwise you'll likely see better prices subsequent year.
