I beleive they ring an apartment a flat in London and a dulex is two apartments surrounded by one house or one building..so you would just own one apt and another person would enjoy the other apt in matching building or house. Totally seperate of course. roughly it`s a 2 storey house, there may be an apartment over the 2 storeys
