She have 3 married daughters.they give the father a notarized document maxim that he is the heir to his wife and they enjoy no objection in selling the property. He give a power of attorney to another person. the entity who took the power can he sell the estate. if i buy will that give me a clear title?

Answers:   the lawful heirs are the ladies husband and her children. you can buy on a power of attorney, but it would be better if u insist on signatures of the husband adjectives three duaghters on the sales/registration deed.
the great situation is for this faimily is get a probate from the local court re their mortal the legal heir and get the property registered surrounded by their names or within the name of one of them, and next sel;l. i would not buy this property on a power of attorney executed by only one of them.
