I am 16 and I want to move out of my parents house and into an apartment, and my parents agreed. How would I go just about doing so because of my age, I highly doubt an apartment place would agree to a single white 16 year old feminine move in. I expect I have everything else covered. You know rent and such. By the mode I live in New Mexico.

You a moment ago don't know how hard it is right presently w/ people losing their job left and right. Many of my friends made this mistake of moving out before they finished soaring school, subsequent thing we know they were dropping out to capture some dead close job to repay rent and feed themselves. Not to converse crap but do your self the favor and finish high arts school first it is perfectly endorsed in canada and the usa to rent to someone 16 and elder. make it simple and enjoy the lease drawn up in one of your parents name as a cosigner.but as i said, with parental consent it is faultlessly legal to rent to anyone 16 or elder.
sorry but you have to be at most minuscule 18 years or older and ur parents agreed?? woow! okay unless u have a friend i.e. 18 years old but you call for a job to recompense rent trust me its not that easy cuz u stipulation to pay rent food, bills ur clothing so much stuff! At 16 nobody will rent to you even if you could put down the entire years rent at once. Even if your parents signed they won't shift for it.
It is a lousy life plan and it is time to come up near another.
How about you rethink moving out, finish soaring school, and stir to a university / live in the dorms..
