My Hawaii home forclosed and was sold I believe on the 15th. I Just found a 4 public sale sign on the lawn today. I never get any notice recitation me to leave. How long do I hold untill I have to take out? I am leaving the country on friday for a 3 weeks for my childs birth and Im trying to acquire them here, and I dont have time to move out and hope they dont dispose of my stuff while gone. Are they required to endow with me a notice?
Answers: Get the hack out if you dont want your stuff thrown on the meadow.
Apparently after some research, Hawaii foreclosures are a bit different.
The new owner (who ever presently buys your home) will have to evict you. You are not evicted by the lender that foreclosed.

If the home sell and closes to a new buyer within the 3 weeks you are gone, you may be in trouble... Your awareness may come while you are gone. (Certified mail &/or posting the discern on your door - just because you are not home to read or receive the spy does not make it invalid)
You would be best served to confirm this beside the real estate compant that have the for sale sign within your yard.
It is different within every state. They will dispose of your things. You will be contacted by an agent. The home has not sold nonetheless. You need to give the name the bank and see if they will work beside you. Banks are doing that now to avoid foreclosures Normally you enjoy to be evicted once the house is sold, but I would recommend calling the bank just about this.
