I looked at the lease, but can't find anything relating to this situation. But, only negotiations about the ground being shabby or becomes unsuitable and the arrive owner can than break the lease. I know I'm not the first one to experience this problem, just looking for some direction previously I need to consult an attorney.
Answers: Before I contacted an attorney, I would have a chat to the landowner and see if he/she is willing to work next to you.
Even though the lease doesn't appear to give you an out, the proprietor may be willing to. Give that a shot first.
