We have be in our home for 3 years, its an elder house that we fixed up and put lots of money in to it!! The sandbank raised our compensation up to $500 dollars more each month which already our payoff is alot. The house is going to sell on auction surrounded by 4 days im not sure what happens after the auction will the house market? We are moving out of state and wanna pack up and be ready anybody know when they will relay us to leave? We want to stay as long as possible to receive our money back that we put into the house. We own been here 9 months anybody own any advice?? We are contained by California. Thanks
