I have just now foreclosed...b4 I bought the house a couple yrs ago, I tried to rent an apartment, and got turned down for a storage payment i owed...ended up paying it and they still didnt agree to me rent...Now that I am foreclosed how and the heck will I be able to rent immediately with applications and credit checks...And every app i stuff out shows up on my records and shows i be turned down making it look worse for me...How should I go in the order of renting. I make great money so thats within my favor, but what else can I do? Do agents make it easier...do I really obligation them for help. I live within Mobile Alabama

2. Be honest beside the landlord BEFORE the credit check is run. That way if they are opposed from the start, it will at lowest possible stop one more report run against your credit. Even better, get a copy of your report and hold it with you.
3. Offer to move off a larger than normal deposit.
What we did be we looked for homes/town-homes etc that were privately owned. I next explained our situation to the owners and they had no problem-So we be able to move into a town-home in need any credit check or a background check. I hope this help you and best of luck. One more thing our rent stipend is lower then it would be if we be able to rent from one of the apartment complexes. I enjoy bad credit, and I be looking at townhomes with other roommates who have bad credit. We found someone to filch a chance on us, but we be lucky.

Just be sure to hold current CC statements (you can black out fragment of the account number) that shows you are current, and be sure to enjoy payroll information. if you don't want to give a settle stub, have your HR department type up a epistle verifying your income and employment status on company letterhead, along near their contact information. It's also better to have a copy of your credit report next to you; they may not run it again, but they also may. But it shows you aren't scared to sit beside them and go over the denial things on it.
Just remember, with impossible credit, the less things you necessitate the better. It's better to be pet free, and there shouldn't be any complicated situations in relation to your living situation.
