Renting a home explicitly possibly going into foreclosure?

Our family moved to this house a few months ago, be supposed to sign a month - month lease, never have because nearby is always some excuse as to why she never brings us one when she comes to pick up the rent (which we've other thought was strange). We do enjoy her sign a paper motto we've paid rent every month we've be here. Yesterday I was speaking to a neighbor who is friends near the landlord and she told us that the hotelier just go to the bank concluding week and signed the papers for forclosure. The landlord have yet to ring up and let us know if this is true or not, but I am wondering since we hold not signed an agreement do we have to money rent? I am 99% sure we wont get our deposit hindmost either and we entail to save up to move again :( I am merely kinda checking my bases here, since we dont know as of on the other hand if it is true. We live in Indiana.

How can I achieve out of my lease surrounded by Indiana due to a different profession surrounded by Florida?

Answers:   Of course you enjoy to pay rent. As long as she owns the house she can rent it out and you do not draw from a free ride.

As soon as the bank take it you will have to move.

I own a dampen interfere with within my underground store . It still have a appeal?

a creature doesn't go to the ridge to sign foreclosure papers. The bank files a foreclosure next to their signature. The landlord may own signed a deed over to the edge in lieu of foreclosure, surrounded by which event the bank will immediately be the one collecting rent or evicting you.

I would call the alleged mound (cause this was simply gossip) and see if the property is in foreclosure or not. they may or may not share you.

Can a home investor buy a home afterwards provide it to me if I cannot obtain a loan? I live contained by Akron Ohio.Thanks.?

without a lease, you are on a month to month idea. Keep paying the rent by check (for a record and receipt). Don't pay cheque for the last 2 months, or anything your security deposit be when you plan to bolt.
As far as the foreclosure- it's heresay. Don't believe anything that you do not know as fact.
And shame on you for moving contained by without the protection of a lease.

if you're never signed a lease agreement, the proprietor has no trial grounds to demand rent from you. She could claim that you be unlawfully occupying her property...but if you hold the signed receipts that you paid her rent respectively month, this will be hard for her to prove. My best warning, give her some spot that you want to move and ask about your deposit, if she doesn't afford you your deposit back, withhold your concluding month of rent...if the home goes into forclosure, you'll catch kicked out of it by the bank anyway. Yep you've be taken sort of speak. But at least you enjoy a place to stay until they come and tell you to move. Which could give somebody a lift sometime. In the meantime, I wouldn't pay her rent. Technically if she signed over the property, she doesn't own it any longer, most imagined the lender does. I would find out who the lender is by calling the county assessors office. Maybe you could work out a operation to continue to rent and pay envelope them directly. Worth a shot!

My townhouses just now switched manager, and contained by the switch, my lease be lost beside the manager.?

In Indiana, it has to be a judicial foreclosure, intent the bank will cart the owner to court in a foreclosure lawsuit.

Look up tenant rights on HUD.gov. And if you don't recompense rent, whether the house forecloses or not, you can be evicted.

How do I procure rid of my house?

Something similar happened to my mom contained by California. She did not have a contract any. I hope you have some benevolent of receipt that proves you foot rent for that home. One month before the ridge to over the property some guy contact her and offer her $3000 for disappearing the house clean in the past the end of the month. She did and she collected the money.
Good luck :) Yes, you hold to pay rent. And the innkeeper is still required to account for the deposit. And since he's not nearby he won't be able to charge you for damages. You should know how to easily sue for it.

My husband and I are buying a house that be built within 1909, and we would love to find out the history on it?

I'm not sure there's much she can do if you don't reward rent unless she wants to pilfer you to civil court. But - you do have an oral agreement, so she could pursue it and it could call a halt up on your credit report if she took it far enough.

It's better to only just bring this out into the open. Let her know you know the edge is taking over the house. Ask her if she can use the deposit instead of rent for a month or two, which gives you money to liberate. If she says yes, put it contained by writing.
