Aside of the fact that our underground room leaks WAY worse than they SAID it did and the reality that our porch that was ruined by a drunk driver surrounded by FEBRUARY still isn't completely renovated, my BIGGEST concern is this: Our rent is due on the first, but we have up to 5 days to discharge it before we're charged a in arrears fee. Usually, I nick the money to her, but gas is too high & I mail her a money order. SHe call me and said that she still hasn't received it, that she's going to have to charge us (the money writ was purchased on the 2nd of this month & mail the SAME day). MoneyGram said that it hasn't been cashed, but she told my boyfriend that it would've be easier for us to just bring it over. I honestly construe that they're holding on to it so that they can charge us or so that we won't send a money proclaim through the mail again...

Answers: From immediately on, mail your check or money charge by certified mai, return receipt requested. They will own to sign for it and the mail man will date it. Then in attendance will be no question as to when they received it.

If you don't have any scheme to get to your tenant, then it's his or her responsibility to come to you. If MoneyGram said it's be cashed, get that within writing. Just tell her you own it in writing. You should write a communiqu¨¦ about this porch and underground room issue and explain how you are renting space you are not able to use, if it have been 30 days, a fair time to have it fixed I would suggest asking for atleast $100 bad the rent. Better yet run the square footage you are renting and divide by your rent, for a more accurate dollar amount. Maybe in the adjectives you request she come pick up the money order.
