Roommate lost her assignment & owes me money... HELP!?

I recently moved someone into my 2 bedroom apt to minister to me save money. In demand to live in my apt complex she have to be added to the lease.
She informs me on Friday that she lost her job. She have only be living with me since June 1st and I'm starting to freak out. I told her that when she moved contained by on June 1st I needed June Rent PLUS the Security Deposit ($500). She asked me if she could give me the guarantee deposit in two weeks (June 13th) b.c that be when she got rewarded again. I reminded her on June 11th I needed the money and she said Ok. Now I didn't press the issue of the money b.c she had a moment ago lost her job.

What I'm wondering is... Would you press her for the Security Deposit this week even when she lost her situation? OR Give her one more week b.c I don't NEED the money.

Also- When would be a virtuous time to ask her if July’s rent will be a problem?

I would similar to to find 30 year morgage payments?
