I live within Jersey City and those apartments - all of them are within terrible areas of the city. There is a staggering crime rate contained by those areas. Some of them are projects and others are section 8 I deliberate, but just from experience surrounded by working in a hospital and seeing adjectives of the stab/bullet patients coming in from duncan and bergen avenues alone tell me they are bad areas. As economically as growing up here and driving through a lot, these are dismal areas. I heard from a coworker nearly 2 years ago that jersey city downtown and jersey city heights nouns is good thats adjectives i know so do ask the realtor.
