If it's 3' reflective, you can dig it up yourself and replace it. If it's deeper than that or 50' long, you'll want to achieve a trencher of backhoe - big bucks. Don't forget about the inspection... So, first ask the street trader to repair and then place your bid. In this marketplace, the buyer is in the driver form.
