So just wondering if anyone have any tips for us.
Like what time of year is best to buy a house?
Should we go through an Agent or purely look ourselves?
Can we turn on taps and look surrounded by cupboards,or is that rude?
Should we look at home opens or clear appointment?
Basically anything you think I will want to know?
By the way...I hear its good to look at houses when its raining as smaller amount people want to be out looking,is this true?
Answers: You should budge through a Real Estate agent. They are very valuable. Any agent can show you a house, unless it is listed exclusively beside the listing agent.
As for tap and cupboards, make sure you enjoy a home inspection done. This is not usually required, but we always recommend it for the buyer.
This will bestow you a good indication of the shape of the house, inside.
