We are renting our house out contained by Buckeye Az our renters want to break the lease 4mo untimely. What should i do?

Answers:   You are required to mitigate your damages per AZ landlord/tenant law. This routine that you must attempt to find a replacement tenant.

You can hold your current tenant liable for the rent until either the lease expires or a replacment tenant is found. You can hold the tenant liable for any costs that you incur due to the tenant's breach, such as public relations costs, agent fees, etc.
