Answers:   Many apartments require that your gross discharge be at least three times the monthly rent, so look for something surrounded by the $500s-$600s range or smaller quantity. If you can't find something that cheap, consider a room rental or getting a roommate.

Obviously, if you have foremost loan or credit card payments, then you really should concentrate on finding the cheapest rental situation you can.

largely a good rule of thumb is to rent 1/3 of your monthly income...if you build $2000 a month, find something anywhere from $700-$800 a month... or find a roommate to get a more expensive place... I don't construe you want to spend more than 1/3 of your income on housing because other expenses come up. Also, you did not clarify if the $2080 was web or gross.

Where is a reputable website to find foreclosed properties?

I make a short time over $2800 a month and my monthly rent (for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath 900 sq. ft. apt.) is $645.
I also own electricity, phone, cable, internet and water to pay envelope each month. PLUS groceries and insurance (and if you don't get hold of renter's insurance, you're an idiot.) Then there's my car wage and gas to and from work so I can pay adjectives the other stuff.

If you're working TWO jobs to construct this much, I'd be worried -- if you lose ONE of those jobs, you're STILL on the hook for adjectives the rent and landlords don't cut you slack just because you're not making as much as you did when you first moved surrounded by. If I were you, I'd keep on until I had ONE career making that much.

Your guesstimates for your expenses ($80 for two weeks' worth of groceries? I don't THINK so, dude) are not realistic. I spend that much A WEEK and I live alone. I don't live past its sell-by date teevee dinners or ramen noodles, but still, you cannot get satisfactory groceries for $80 to last that long.
