What are the penalty of terminate my 12 month apartment lease?

I'm in the military and I hold orders to a foreign duty station. I just signed the lease surrounded by february for 1 year not knowing I would draw orders to move off. Even though my rental contract states all these fees I would enjoy to pay if I abandon the lease early, can my military information stop me from paying those fees? Even though they have horrible service I approaching the place and the area is okay. But have to live without my garage push button just surrounded by case the power go out and the fact that the old-fashioned tenant things are in the storage I'm suppose to be using I'm joyful I soon will not have to concordat with them. I basically don't want to screw myself or get screwed. I inevitability help near this. Location Escondido, CA

There's a bunch of reasons where on earth you can terminate your lease and possibly receive your payment deposit or part of it.
Being transfered more than 40 miles from your existing brief usually is one of them (in your case it fits).
Also, since your helpful military and being redeploy I'm sure your landlord will transport that into consideration.
If not tell them they're unpatriotic and not appreciative of adjectives that you're sacrificing (that should do the trick).

Is there a military clause within your lease? NEVER sign a lease without one.

Talk to JAG. even IF in that is no military clause IN the lease... they cannot make you stay... next they will be interefering with system orders... My fiance be in a lease and get moved from Ft. Drum NY to Ft Campbell TN. You are entitled to your full security deposit stern as long as the place is in indistinguishable condition as when you moved in. My fiance have to get JAG involved (his did not enjoy a military clause) and he did get his deposit deposit back- it took him an extra month before he get it back Some states hold laws that concordat with such a situation - check them. I would also settle to the military to see about this.
