In New Jersey, my broker's name, Patina Realty, LLC have to be included in my website www.virginiavarela.com and within a larger font size then my designation, as well as my broker's address & touchtone phone number. I did not include the technology to link to the MLS due to it's complexity, but I hold certain feature listings on my website, which is allowed. Whatever you do, you should definitely communicate near your broker and find out what the restrictions are.
