February my family and I moved surrounded by to this apartment. We didn't say anything something like the apartment being a mess when we moved within. Dirt and paint chips EVERYWHERE.
The master bedroom's closet was missing the built-in shelves that we saw surrounded by the model. (When we complained, they said they would build them...THEY HAVEN'T)
There's a whole surrounded by a living room window. (HAS NOT BEEN FIXED)
Our corridor floor is soaked from the air conditioner leak. They've been here 3 times to fix it, it's still leak, and now our ceiling is falling surrounded by. (BUT THE LADY IN CHARGE OF MAINTENANCE SAYS IT'S OUR FAULT FOR HAVING IT BELOW 70...BUT WE NEVER DO)
Our refrigerator has be leaking dampen since we moved in.
The lighting on our patio is still busted.
We own 2 sets of sliding doors, and it took 4 months for them to give us ONE blind door. They said they'd order the other. Still waiting.
We told them adjectives this when we moved in.
NOW, our apartment have been swarming next to ants for weeks!
What can we do?
Answers: sounds like the condition of the place should own been your first advisory, before moving surrounded by..you have a slum-lord..
moving would be the smallest stress full option.you probaly didnt crowd out a condition report, w/ the rental agreement either..only just hope he dont try to say you did adjectives this damage...you didnt protect yourself.
First piece is to deal near the ants there. You should be capable of cut down the volume of ants running around by cleaning really well and spraying a moment or two spray. Then you need to adopt the fact that landlords do not own to provide cooling systems. You may have zilch on the A/C issue. They also will not have to provide the shelving in the closet. They will have to provide a coat dowel in the closet though. They HAVE to fix the glass. This compromises your safety and is an issue that they must address.
You own a few options. You moved into a place near bad landlords, but did so knowing that by the condition of the space when they moved you contained by. Look into laws if you would resembling. Try to find a new place would be the best pick. You should be able to carry out of your lease on negligence if you fight it.
Whether you want to break the lease and move or force the innkeeper to fix what is wrong, you need to find out what the law are in your state and what kindly of documentation you need. Do you live where on earth free legal aid is available? They might know how to give you some direction. Is this important plenty that you would hire a lawyer?

I wish u have not paid the manager any money b4 u moved in..but it seem like its too behind schedule now. in good health...abt the ants u need to spray some baygone..some sprayers piece u normallu use for ants.roaches! abt he bulb...u need to carry an electrician or fix it by urselves...if u have a husband or some friend who can do that.
bar the only article u can do is...complain again to them..bring the landlord home...and show them and be strict this time...and enunciate living is impossible u need ur money put money on!!
and start looking for another place..i think this is th ebest channel... coz if u go to do anyting by ur ownselves to cash ur aparment..then u gonna own to spend so much of money..
ask them to give the deposit, ( forget abt he rentals...etc...) and resign from!
start looking ofr a new place and subsequent time pls dont pay any deposts etc..until the place is powerfully set and ready! ALl the ebst to u! shall be rememebring u guy sin my prayers tonight!
