The website, the only item that exists has singular been within existence a couple of weeks.

I tried JT's furrow of the Washington database and got zilch. I can not imagine how he search. I even tried just Landover, as resourcefully as Land Over. Nothing. No such company. It appears that Landlord is correct, although I only checked JT's source.
Don't bring back a mortgage with any company i.e. not fully visible to the public and not fully official. If you have any trouble you will find it harder to obtain it resolved if you can not even locate them. There are thousands of REPUTABLE (can't underline) companies, use one of them.
