So my daughter is looking to buy a house and there's one she really likes but the woman that lives there smokes. She is allergic to cigarette smoke and have asthma attacks from it. The realtor seems to judge that the owners would be willing to renovation out all the hearth rug, paint the walls and have the duct work sanitized. I infer this would completely take caution of the problem but all the men, her dad, her husband and his dad are a moment ago scared to passing that she won't be able to live nearby. They live in apartments in a minute that were built surrounded by the 70's and I can guarantee you they have be smoked in past. I think they are severely over react. What do you think?

I chose to live surrounded by a smoke free apartment ... don't have to verbs about my place smelling close to an ash tray. Have the sellers verbs the place up and get her a fitting air cleaner so that it'll hang on to it clean. She may also step to the doctor for allergy meds as a safety precaution.

Cleaning indubitably helped, but nought helped more than installing an electrostatic nouns filter in the internal heating/air and getting them off of dairy products. They've be fine ever since. My first house belonged to smokers and I have similar problems. I tolerated it, but we have to sell contained by four years and buy a new home.
