What do you reward within rent or mortgage per month?

I know it sounds nosy but I'm asking for a origin. I currently pay 1,400 per month + a disgusting amount of money contained by utilities. I live in an upscale fragment of north Jersey in a 2 (could be 3) bedroom, roomy apartment. My husband and I are DYING to buy a home but can't qualify for a mortgage at this time, we are hoping contained by a year. I'm just looking to find an average among the country. if you rent, own, your state, and the typical pocket money per month so I can get a central idea. Thanks profoundly for sharing.

Houses similar to forclourser?

Answers:   It depends on the mortgage amount, and what your taxes and insurance are (because most mortgages incorporate those into your mortgage payment). Your interest rate can also be a big factor.

A general rule of thumb is that you will reimburse about $100 for every $10,000 you mortgage, including taxes and insurance. If you live within a beachfront property or on a lake, etc, your insurance may be much complex, which will make your mortgage payoff higher, but that's the essential rule of thumb.

So basically, if you buy a $100,000 house, your wage will be about $1000 a month.

We get a really good interest rate so ours is lower. Ours is in the region of $1000 including taxes and insurance for our $120,000 house in Central Florida, which is a 3/2/2, 1550 sq ft below air (meaning it doesn't include the garage or the porches). It be $1200 at one point, but then we get a cheaper insurance company.

There are tons of mortgage calculators online, one is below. Keep in mind though that the mortgage calculators integer out your principal and interest payment, which doesn't include taxes or insurance.

I live surrounded by a small 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom in Waltham, MA...a suburb of Boston. The price is $1200, no utilities. 1 stale street parking spot, no yard, no washer dryer, no refrigerator. Utilities are around $300 a month (heat, electricity, cable, internet). Town pays for trash pickup Our mortgage pymt. is over $900 per mo., but smaller number than $1,000. This pymt. includes our homeowners insurance premium and property taxes (those items are escrowed and paid by the mortgage co. as they come due). We live contained by KS and own a 2,608 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath dairy farm style house with a two sports car attached garage.

Our utilities run around $200/mo. Sometimes less, sometimes more - it newly depends. (This includes water, sewer, trash, electric and gas.)
