Is it okay for my hotelier to frequently call in my house to spot check?
You don't hold to start the business yourself, in other words, a business i.e. already operating. If it is real estate, next maybe the owner is retiring or something along those lines. If you are thinking roughly speaking doing this, ask to have a copy of the "books" and whip them to an accountant to evaluate them so you will have a better opinion if the unit is making money or not, because some "turn-keys" may not be making money and the owner is trying to carry out from underneath it. Completely finished, as in unknown construction you pay a few thousand down and the builder fronts the cost of the entire entry and then you earnings with your edge all at once at the train... usually on new construction they will pinch periodic draws of money to cover construction costs and if there's some problem surrounded by the middle it's much harder to walk away from.
"Turn-Key" contained by my area newly means that you can turn the switch, and move in. Little or no work is critical to get the property organized to move in or rent out.
