What does sq ft beneath roof and sq ft beneath nouns close-fisted?

I am looking at American property and i found this house, it said it had 5000sq ft lower than air and 11000sq ft beneath roof, what does that mean? Thanks

Hammy

What is a right point to buy next to £25?

Answers:   Under roof but not beneath air... typically includes garages, portico, work sheds, etc. Under air would be your bedrooms, living room, etc.

Has KBHomes lowered their interest rates?

Hmm.. perchance the under nouns means the patio? And under roof process the heated living area (aka the inside of the house)

Just a guess
