First, I occasionally see him. Also, every time I have a problem, he finds excuses not to assistance me. I don't call on them too much (only contained by emergency or 1 x every 6 months or so).

Being surrounded by property mgmt for over 16 years, superintendents come and go closely, it's difficult to find decent keeping guys let alone ones that stick around, it's abundantly of work for little money.
Cosmetic issues like crumbling paint on the bath tub is not a LL responsibility neither is varying a light bulb, stains on the mat etc. What is their responsibility is electrical issues, plumbing issues, heating and A/C issues, broken window, leaks, etc those are principal LL issues and responsibilities. Failure to fix the above you can actually catch the city housing authority and code enforcement involved. However, the items you have programmed are not.
Are you going thru the on site mgmt office to hold them address these issues or are you just bumping into the maint man and asking him to repair? If you've gone thru the mgmt bureau with no response next address your concerns in writing to the Management company, the onsite coordinator has a supervisor (property director or regional manager) that they have to answer to. You can find the mgmt company down on the leasing sign in front. Google them and verbs up their website to get their address. Explain IN WRITING that you've reported a trickle in your apartment and be told that it was your responsibility to work it out near the upstairs neighbors to find the source of the leak. Explain that every time you speak beside the onsite superintendent he is rude and very abhorrent and you don't appreciate the obscenities.
Send certified mail return delivery requested and keep a copy of your correspondence. Nothing you've mentioned is a valid rationale to "break a Lease" but you might want to look into moving at lease end if you obtain no satisfaction from the headship company. For as long as I've been surrounded by the business you'll find that there are companies out in attendance that are just non responsive to tenant wants, but don't pay your rent one time and they'll be adjectives over you.
The owner is paying this man to do things. He is not doing them. If you can communicate with the owner, he might be smiling to hear about this.
BUT not be thought a complainer, ask others within the building also, what repairs has this man refuse todo? then convey a list to the owner, asking the repairs be done. If he decide to change the super to be precise up to him. The manager sucks. Move. After you are out convey a letter to the owner explaining why.

He be telling me how he is so feed up with folks who will not even redeploy a light bulb, and phone up him in the middle of the darkness to do it. So are you surprised that your super will not answer your calls. I enjoy lived in this condo for nearly 5 years and hold never had the happening to call the superintendent.
