I have a vehicle in the courtyard and my grass in'st mowed,( mower broke) I have an shortened shed in the fund ( thanks to my husband ). I enjoy a pile of top soil in the side patio, Will any of this make the vaule dance down? Will they come inside? What are they looking for? I can't get the loan unless my house appraises at 92,000 and I am afraid it won't!

I would put off the appraisal for not & bring back everthing in decree. You have to trade name your home look like a show crust including the inside, because they will come in and run pictures. Ditech is very conservative, also so do anything you can to construct it look pretty!
