What happen at the extremity of a lease?

I have only been given a 3 month lease by my territory lord.
When this ends does it become a month-to-month tennancy?
Does he still have to furnish notice if he wishes me to leave?
He say he may sell the flat at the lapse of those 3 months so i don't know what to do.
He could find a buyer quickly or not and if it it's hurried can i just be throwen out?

Answers:   In a lease you enjoy the right to stay there until the lease is up. If he is desires you then he can make available you 30 days before the lease is up to move so that by the time the lease is over the property will be unlived in. He will need to donate you notice, most of the time it is 30 days. If you be to stay without a lease afterwards he can raise the rent, or ask you to resign from whenever (usually 30 days notice though). If he finds a buyer after the buyer will have to keep on until the lease is complete. They cannot through you out. Just keep surrounded by touch with the owner and see how things are going near being on the flea market and such. He may ask to show the rental, you being contained by a lease can refuse the showing, but on a month to month spring he may have an agrument over that. Hope this help you. Mander B.

RE: When the lease ends you are on a month to month basis, if you want to move or the proprietor wants you out later just pass a 30/45 day become aware of. Not all lease will state everything. Why don't you ask the landlord what your option are? This is what gets me confused, every landlord/management co. is different, so the best entity to do is ask them-can I stay after the lease is up, how much notice is needed when I want to start out? I don't mean to receive anyone upset, for some reason the instrument this is worded seems that process, to me anyway. I think the owner would want income contained by some sort of way but also be capable of show it in righteous condition while its on the market so (s)he may want you to stay even after the lease or boot you out. Talk roughly it and see what the deal is. Mander B.

Can my innkeeper beg to be excused to rent me a larger apartment within equal complex I am already living contained by?

You'll want to renegotiate the lease with the innkeeper. You can agree on a month-to-month lease, which would still be signed by you both, or you could extend the lease.

Either way, imperative requires that he give you a 30-day thought to vacate, and you give him a 30-day thought if you're leaving. Just because the place sell doesn't mean you'll hold to move. The new owner may be an investor and may be jubilant you're already there.

Read the lease. That's the first step. At the completion of the lease, you may be able to renew it, take off or stay there as a month-to-month tenant, whichever arrangement suits you and your manager.

The lease goes along beside the property if it's sold. But 3 months isn't very long, so it doesn't really situation. If the new owner wishes you out, and there's no lease, you probably get 30 days awareness. But read the lease to find out for sure.

You will have to read the jargon of the lease to see if it goes to a month to month at the wind up.

It may or may not.
