Been in house 18+ years. Got divorced a few yrs ago, own primary custody of 2 teens. Ex was paying child support monthly but work was outsourced and will appendage next week, that`s why, no child support until new opportunity found and with this souk who knows when that will be. I'm not at the back on mortgage paymts YET but will be very soon. Getting harder and harder to say expenses. Savings now depleted. Countrywide won't assistance because I'm "current on my payments". Also, couldn't refi because home value have fell $30,000 so I'm upside down in utility. House needs repair (air conditioner, paint, foreign patio, topical garage doors, etc.). I've always be responsible with bills and discern very desperate about considering foreclosure. Also, son will graduate subsequent school yr and we very soon have to consider college expenses. I've done my research and know my credit will lift a hit but I'm tired of fighting and don't know what else to do. If anyone have foreclosed, esp. in Georgia, pls share your story. Thanks.
