How is equity determined within a commercail unadulterated estate building (apartment complex)?

The vast majority of foreclosures do not involve family loosing homes. They are investors (landlords) loosing homes. The renters just move about rent from somewhere else.

The rest go support to being renters. This does not crop up to people as you state. Foreclosure merely occurs when someone refuse to repay money they were given. Foreclosure is a choice that they made, they are choosing to screw other associates (banks investors), this crisis is their own making.

Getting an FHA loan...do I enjoy to put down 3%?

I think most probably hold to find a place to rent.

While it is still a bad situation to be contained by (I don't doubt that at all) I do think it is going to lose some of the stigma it have had lately due to the sheer volume of foreclosures.

Previously, it wasn't that soaring a rate of people -- in a minute it is a very immense % (relatively) that have be foreclosed on. I think this is going to bring alot of renters to become more forgiving in who they rent to.

Radon trialling responsibility?

They will possible have to rent for at tiniest 3 years & then will be capable of purchase a home as long as the rest of the credit is in obedient standings. Renting something they can afford I guess..
