Answers: Not sure which formulas you are having difficulties remembering. Many are adjectives math & you will know what calculations are requisite to answer the question.

As overwhelming as these may seem in a minute, the exam actually have not as much math as you would think. The Broker's exam contains a large amount of calculations as in attendance are more on escrow prorations & such.
As a rule, test yourself or enroll within a "cram course". You may be tasked to perform 10 calculation, and most exams are multiple choice. It may take 1 - 3 calculation to deduce adjectives answers that won't fit or the one that does.
Glossary words were equally big. Knowing escheat, eminent domain, condemnation, riparian rights, where on earth property boundaries extend to lake, river and the deep front properties, etc.
As I am sure you have hear, 90% of what you learn to overrun the exam, you will never encounter in definite estate. August will start my 23rd year & I have all the same to deal beside adverse possession, riparian rights, eminent domain or numerous other issues.
They are celebrated to learn, so you make out the situation when it arises & can seek accurate counsel for the most reliable sources.
