What is a tenant right when they are man evicted?

Interest rate different than quoted for mortgage?

Answers:   Sorry Katy you are incorrect.

In IL, I have to administer the tenant at least 5 days to take-home pay the rent so if rent is due on the 1st, it is late on the 6th. On the 6th I can post a 5 year demand, on the 12th I can record for suit for eviction, depending on the court calendar I can be in court until that time the 20th, get a verdict and have them removed from the premises by the wrapping up of the month

Doesn't usually go that efficient but usually have them out within 4 to 5 weeks after filing eviction papers (ie directory on May 12, evicted approx June 15)

I am renting a 4 bedroom 3 tub home. It is a lease next to preference to buy. It's a $157,000 home.?

If you have fulfilled adjectives of your obligations within the rental agreement/lease, you should call your local courthouse to find out your rights.
If you haven't abide by the lease, you are in defaulting on a contract and the courts should side with the manager. Where I live, a notice of eviction is posted next to a court date, and the landlord have to show in court at that date to draw from an eviction order. If the tenant doesn't show up, the instruct for eviction is granted to the landlord. If the tenant shows up and contests it, the court decide who is right.
If the order for eviction have already been granted, some counties will allow you to stay if you can reimburse the back rent due, but this vary widely.

Does it hurt you to not use a pre-qualification for a home?

NOT enough info
own you paid your rent? own you fulfilled your lease obligations? NO, after few rights

READ your lease, it's all set out in that. . . .

Landlord owns premises, rented to you, you promised to keep place up and to reimburse rent. If you break your promises, landlord have right to kick you out. Landlord go to court and sheriff to get you out. If you don't move out, sheriff puts your stuff surrounded by garbage heaps on the parkway.

Section 8 Apartments Website?

thats ture it depends on the state. google your states tenant laws.
most states own to give you writen spy and theres an alooted time frame that they have. within FL its 7 days form when you get the notice- but inorder for them to grant you that notice it have to be court ordered. so you would have recieved a notification maxim that they were going to record charges and you would have the courts 7 day ruleing to seize out. NONE of which to speak. If you are being removed from the premises by manager action, near is nothing you can do nearly it. You will be required to remove your possessions and yourself from the premises as dictated by the order of the courts.
