What's the difference between a Condo and a Condex?

My husband and I are looking to buy our first home. I found this beautiful Condex, it's detached...have it's own backyard and everything. What's the difference between a condex and a condo? What's the difference between this and a single family house, is it only just that you don't own the land?

Pros and cons of condos or condex's defiant single family houses?

Sorry lots of question! : )

How much do you brand per hour and what price of house be you competent to afford?

Answers:   A: a condo is a legal form of concrete property ownership commonly called a condominum.
A condex is a condo given to the ex through divorce proceedings or could be a duplex condominium.
