Yes, you have to buy the item. When you bid, you are agreeing to pay that amount.
I suppose you could contact the seller about why you have changed your mind, but I don't know if they will let you out of your bid.
You should just pay for the item and next time don't bid on something you don't want.
If you win...you buy...may try to sell it 2nd chanch to some other bidder that lost...may work...
