Maybe this site should assistance you...
try going to www.acra.gov.sg (Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore)
understanding wat type of company u r setting up...the risk involved...the amount of money tat is required for your business...registration of a pte ltd company cost abt $350/- and u can registered ur pet name online...
or if not try adjectives a professional corporate secretarial firm to procure things done and consultation to be needed...:)
1st you must register your company with ACRA, later maybe you can proceed beside advertising, you can return with list of public relations and marketing services on 88db, to market your products and obtain customers, if you can handle most things on your own at the moment, later i think no stipulation for you to hire a manager...honest luck in your business

Anyone a Kleeneze distributor?

does it pay all right? how many hours do you work ? any guidance ?

Answers: The other person who answered demonstrably doesn't have ample brain cells to do Kleeneze.

I denote how many do you entail to put catalogues out and return a few days later near customer orders?

I chock-full in University to do it full time and I'm doing resourcefully out of it - if someone without plentiful qualifications can do it, whats stopping others? I'm no different to other family.

For what it's worth my highest 4-weekly income to date is merely over lb4,000 ... of course this be through the Network Marketing side of Kleeneze, not just the retailing.
Needless to speak if I wasn't successful with it, I'd own packed it surrounded by by now.

Of course, at hand will ALWAYS be a debate/discussion/arguments over who doesn't do well contained by Kleeneze (and therefore backfire on the company) and individuals who do well from it.

Remember, when you enunciate 'does it pay well', it's not a 'job' it's a business. It's not something to do for a bit of extra money over the summer until that time packing it in to travel to university, it's something to do as a possible career tweaking.
DO NOT DO IT!!! THEY RIPPED ME OF BY lb200ISH

In the state of ct are you required to have LLC after your business name on your business cards.?

Answers: If you registered your company as an LLC with Susan Bysiewicz office, then yes, it is required. The only way to get around this is to file a DBA form if available at your local Town Hall. For example: Thompson's Powerwashing, LLC could file a DBA to do business as Thompson's Powerwashing. I could then legally put Thompson's Powerwashing on my business cards.
If you are in the Home Improvement industry, then you are aslo required by law to put your license number on your business cards, telephone book ads, flyers, etc. Sorry, no legal way around this one.
Good Luck.
only if it is a LLC,
