A source of regular work can be had from auto dealers, as they are always taking vehicles in trade. If they are your target, then you want to appeal to what they need. Speed, good work and attention to detail.
How about something like 'That New Car Smell' with a tag line perhaps 'We wipe away years in minutes'.
I think your scratch service is secondary and can be added later in a brochure or web work.
A few others...contracts keep the doors open, avoid overspending on yellow pages, word of mouth is Precious. Find a way to reward customers that refer you.
