After I read about the falsification business of exquistebag.com, I cancelled my purchase (Of course, I could not reach anyone from the company, so I simply cancelled my credit card payment) and made some research on the company. I found out the company's true owner's name from alibaba.com, and from the phone number and address given at hand, I reached the horrifying reality that the guy is just a 17 year-old boy. We really should erase the exquisitebag,com from the intenet to prevent more victims. Does anyone know where on earth I should report on my fraud case and findings? Is near something like an internet police?Answers: Since when is self 17 and in business a crime? I consider it's remarkable that people younger and younger are study to make a legal business with little starting resources.

How can I confirm that a company have gone out of business?
I made a $500 deposit for a custom bookshelp to be built at a local place named Carolina Custom Craftsmen surrounded by October of 2007. Long story short, I have no bookshelf, the owner have not returned emails after an initial reply saying he have hurt his back. The answering tool on the phone number for the company is no longer picking up, and I've been by the store a few times to find everything locked up. I suspect these guys enjoy gone out of business and didn't have the courtesy to convey me. What are some ways I can actually be sure that they are indeed out of business? I could try and convey registered mail, but if in attendance is no one in attendance to sign for same, I don't know how that would help. Are in that state / local organizations that would hold this information? The company doesn't have a index on the local BBB website, so I can't really use that, either.Right immediately I'm stuck. I want to give this guy the benefit of the doubt, but I contemplate I'm out my money. What to do next?
Answers: If the business is registered, the state will own a record of it. And, they will hold personal information on whomever registered the business. Go to your state's official website and click the BUSINESS contact.
If the business was never registered, you probably won't be capable of find any information about them.

Do i need to be certified?Answers: My suggestion would be to speak to an accountant and a attorney to check on the home-based business requirements for your area and also the best opening to set up your business (eg sole operator etc). Also check beside your local council or state government agency as in attendance may be restrictions or special requirements for operating from home in your nouns. Many have websites that contain relevant information.
After you've get it set up, join some networks - local business lead groups, chamber of commerce etc - so you can get the word out. If no-one know you're there you're not going to catch any business no matter how suitable your service! :)
I would think that credentials would only be vital if you intend to give the students some sort of qualification at the extremity of the course.

I believe you can do it by merely putting up flyer's around your community and make sure you put down your levy. I know a lot of culture in the U.S. want to swot English but don't have them money to run to school.
