Answers: Service industry. Little to no overhead for most. If you do the work yourself the profit margin is large.
What type of service depends on your resources,skill, location...
Country location with land - open a dog daycare/camp (minimal cost) If you have the ability offer pick up and drop off service one to two days per week.
Suburbs -landscaping. lawn service or window washing services come to mind all require a small amount of capital to start and have potential to grow as large as your efforts carry you.
Nutritional - many leading economists say that this is the industry that will see the next 1mil millionaires -
