Im writing an employee of the month:Someone hand over me ideas.
Answers: You stipulation to clarify your question. What do you have it in mind by this? Are you an employer and you have a program and you're looking for thinking? I don't get your put somebody through the mill...add details and you'll carry tons of answers.
I am a fresh small business owner. Could anyone confer me the top 10 things every small biz owner wants to know?
Marketing, Finances, Taxes, Sales, Etc.Answers: Well I can tell you my experience by individual a small business owner. My husband and I own a residential/small commercial electric company. We have 8 force and around 20 builders we work for. Here is what I have widely read after three years of the above:
1) Most of our business is word of mouth - we took out advertising and merely had one christen from it. We bought magnetic signs for the trucks and passed out business cards, and word traveled in haste. If you do good work, word travels hastily, if you do crappy work, word travels faster.
2) You will not get rich owning your own business. It is a long process of growing your business and making it flow similar to it should. We are just in a minute seeing good profits after three years. We other made money, but just not alot.
3) It is alot of tricky work and dedication. Having employees is stressful because you are responsible for them.
4) Taxes SUCK! Make sure you know adjectives the tax requirements for your type of business. Call the IRS or a CPA and bear notes. Keep out plenty money from each check you receive to cover said taxes.
5) Once you start taking out taxes on your team, you can not go final. If you take out taxes on them, you are responsible for payroll liablilty export tax every month and the 941 report every quarter.
6) Don't be scared to ask question if you are unsure of something.
7) Forget vacations, you won't hold time. And if you take a trip you will verbs the entire time about your business. My husband's cell phone never stops ringing.
8) Get a correct program for your business to keep up beside your banking, taxes, payroll...etc. I use Quickbooks Premier. Keep everything up to date.
9) Do not throw away receipts..etc, freshly because they are entered within the computer. Save the hard copies of everything.
10) Don't donate up - work hard and it will settle up off!!

read follow and apply - will save u thousands within advertisements.
keep hold of two set of books. one for u , one for IRS. LOL no keep perfect books. paper works.
do not believe 'every one ' is a customer , they are not.
do not come to blows against bigger guys , go for the odds and ends until u know ur skills and have change.
build on cash or drown surrounded by debt.
take successful peoples guidance , ignore those who are not successful. OK if they shriek fire then listen.
hug ur kids pets spouse everyday. the business can drink them and u.
post photos of goals life span and business where u can see them. silver them occasionly .
read about successful culture , learn from their mistakes.
it is cheaper faster and easier.
You should first clarify your give somebody the third degree. What kind of business do you operate and what point are you at in a minute? Are you open all the same?
My suggestions are:
Start small
Don't get surrounded by over your head near debt
Make business decisions beside your head, not your heart
Always out number someone you're scheduled time with (eg. if a sale rep is coming in for a discussion with one associate, afterwards you have 2 ancestors sit in on the update on your side...even if they don't say a word)
Get an awesome accountant (let the professionals do what they do best...don't spend in dribs and drabs your time...use your time with what YOU do best)
Work HARD every single morning...even when business is not so good.
Have a upright attitude EVERY DAY .even when things are not going your way...when someone asks "How's business?" ALWAYS respond "Never better!"
Have a dutiful lawyer that's down to loam (you need to get the impression comfortable asking questions...even if they nouns silly/basic.
Have a great website and do a lot of public relations.
DON'T make any hasty decision...always buy time...relatives will want to pressure you. Always say "I similar to your product/service.I always sleep on big decision so I'll get rear to you by tomorrow."

A fitting opportunity for a stutterer?
I stutter and I'm starting to get to the point where on earth I have to look for a assignment.. I really dont want to go anywhere that requires conversation (store clerk, office supervision, etc.) but whats a good post that requires NO or little talking to anybody besides your bosses or fellow workers?Answers: One stuttering cousin works on computers; a stuttering uncle is a powered engineer; another stuttering uncle worked building roads, but adjectives of them got help out through The Stuttering Foundation of America and their book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" and became so biddable at speaking that most people didn't consideration their stuttering.
While you are working through the book, how about a columnist for a rag (a sports column?), a proofreader, a photographer, doing deed search for a lawyer, the detail can go on and on. You really can do much more than you realize.
